TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 

Enrollment to Mind Web Review Center (“Mind Web”) is conditioned on the student’s acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein. By enrolling in the programs of Mind Web, the student is deemed to have read and agreed to all such terms and conditions provided herein.

 

Section 1. Confidentiality and Privacy.

 

  1. Students shall not disclose, reproduce, or publish any information pertaining to the lectures, photographs, videos, notes, or any other review materials issued and produced by Mind Web, to third persons, and/or for his/her own pecuniary benefit.
  2. Students are restricted to record, hold, store, disclose, transfer, misuse, process or alter any information pertaining to the lectures, videos, photographs, notes, or any other review materials issued and produced by Mind Web.
  3. Students shall utilize the necessary information, lecture videos, photographs, notes, or any other review material issued and produced by Mind Web, only for the period his/her enrollment with Mind Web and shall not retain or reproduce the same beyond such period.
  4. Students shall maintain, even after his/her enrollment to Mind Web, the confidentiality of any other personal or scholastic information collected, acquired and/or processed through any software, application, or any electronic or non-electronic method, pursuant to his/her enrollment to the programs of Mind Web.

 


Section 2. Intellectual Property.

 

  1. Students acknowledge that Mind Web is the sole and exclusive owner of the right to the intellectual property of any lectures, photographs, videos, notes, or any other review material issued and produced, pursuant to the conduct of the review of the students.
  2. Students further acknowledge that he/she has no right, whatsoever, in the unauthorized use, distribution, sale or publication of material any lectures, photographs, videos, notes, or any other review material that Mind Web owns, in accordance to this Section.
  3. Students shall utilize any and all lectures, photographs, videos, notes or any other review material issued and produced by Mind Web, in accordance with Fair Use. For purposes of this Section, “Fair Use” means the use of a protected work, in a manner that does not unfairly deprive the owner of his/her right to intellectual property, such as, but not limited to, academic use, non-commercial use and research purposes.

 


Section 3. Professional Conduct

 

  1. Students are expected to follow Mind Web’s rules and policies. Students are expected to demonstrate professional behavior in their interaction and communication with the other students, and employees and lecturers of Mind Web. These include showing respect and consideration of others, listening skills, and ability to communicate politely in virtual classes, batch communication and social media channels, and email.
  2. Students should take appropriate responsibility for their actions and consider the impact on others. 
  3. Students shall not, directly or indirectly, make, publish, or communicate to any person or entity any defamatory or disparaging remarks, comments, or statements concerning Mind Web, its employees, owners, and lecturers. Should students encounter any issues relating to Mind Web and its employees, said issues should be resolved amicably and privately between the parties.
