Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate, you will be crucial in expanding Mind web Academy's reach and enrollment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Outbound Prospecting: Consistently execute outbound sales activities through various channels, primarily focusing on social media reach-outs and phone call.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily targets for contact volume (social media messages, phone calls) and engagement to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Sales Performance: Successfully meet and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets for course enrollment and revenue generation.
  • Lead Management: Qualify leads, understand their educational needs, and effectively present Mind web Academy's offerings as the ideal solution.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with prospective students and clients.
  • Reporting: Track and report on all sales activities and progress toward goals using designated CRM tools.



Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Proven experience in an outbound sales role is preferred but not required, with a track record of hitting activity and sales quotas.
  • Goal-Oriented: A highly motivated and self-starting professional who is driven to achieve and exceed set targets.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in a sales context (phone and social media).
  • Digital Proficiency: Experience utilizing social media platforms as a tool for professional reach-out and prospecting.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, persistent attitude toward sales goals.
