The Role

We are seeking a NCLEX Lecturer who is not just an educator, but a mentor. This is not a role for a traditional "read-off-the-slides" instructor. We need a dynamic professional who has conquered the NCLEX and is burning with the purpose to help others do the same. In this role, you will break down complex nursing concepts into digestible, engaging lessons. You will be the bridge that helps our students transition from anxious test-takers to confident, licensed professionals.



Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver High-Impact Instruction: Conduct engaging lectures (live or recorded) that simplify difficult NCLEX concepts, focusing on the Clinical Judgment Measurement Model (NGN). 
  • Innovate the Classroom: Utilize modern teaching strategies—such as gamification, visual mnemonics, and interactive case studies—to keep students engaged and improve retention. 
  • Drive Student Success: Monitor student performance data to identify at-risk learners and provide targeted mentorship or remediation strategies. 
  • Curriculum Development: Assist in updating review materials, question banks, and study guides to ensure they align with the latest NCSBN standards. 
  • Community Building: Foster a supportive learning environment that motivates students to stay on track with their study goals.


Non-Negotiable Qualifications

  • NCLEX Passer: You must hold a valid nursing license and have successfully passed the NCLEX. You understand the pressure, the format, and the mindset required to win. 
  • Purpose-Driven Professional: You view teaching not merely as a job, but as a calling. You are genuinely invested in the success of your students and the future of the healthcare industry. 
  • Innovative Teaching Style: You reject boring pedagogy. You are comfortable using technology and creative methods to make learning "stick." You know how to adapt your teaching to different learning styles. 
  • Strong Communication Skills: You possess the ability to explain complex physiological and pharmacological concepts in simple, clear, and relatable terms. 
  • Goal-Oriented Mindset: You are results-driven. You set high standards for yourself and your students, focusing on metrics such as student engagement levels and eventual pass rates.


Preferred Qualifications (Bonus but not required)

  • Previous experience in nursing education, clinical instruction, or NCLEX coaching. 
  • Clinical experience in a specialized area (e.g., ICU, ER, Med-Surg). 
  • Familiarity with online Learning Management Systems (LMS) and video conferencing tools.
